Thromboembolic complications are common in patients with SARS CoV-2 disease and can be the initial presentation without signifi cant pulmonary symptoms. We present this case of cerebral venous thrombosis as presenting feature of Covid. We report this case of a 47 year gentleman who presented with fever, headache and altered mental state. His brain imaging showed thrombosis of superior sagittal sinus along with hemorrhagic infarct in right frontal region. RT PCR of his nasopharygeal swab was positive for COVID. Early identification is essentiall because prompt anticoagulation may decrease the progression of cerebral edema, intracranial pressure, haemorrhage rates and imp roving outcomes.
